The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is the restoration of the ancient tradition of welcoming those who wish to become full members of the Roman Catholic Church. The process is designed for adults seeking baptism in the Roman Catholic Church, for those baptized in other Christian traditions who seek to join the Roman Catholic Church, or for baptized Catholics who did not complete their initiation through the Sacraments of Eucharist or Confirmation.
