The St. Cajetan Ministers of Care are available to bring the Eucharist to parishioners who are homebound, in hospitals, or in nusing homes. Ministers of Care will also provide prayer, comfort, and company during their visits.
In some cases, visits are short term, such as when a person has had surgery or is recovering from illness. For others, health problems due to the aging process or a life-threatening illness may prevent their attendance at Mass. We would like to reach out to those experiencing limitations and health problems.
Oftentimes, we in ministry are unaware of such situations, and we really count on your help. If one of your family members is in the hospital, confined at home, or in a nursing home, and would like a Minister of Care to visit them, please call the Deacon Joe at 773-474-7814 or jroccasalva@cajetan.org.
